At PCP for Life, we never want you to be discouraged from getting your health care needs met because of cost. We know that even after copays and insurance coverage, sometimes the cost of procedures or tests can be pricey and put you or your family in a tight spot.
So, we created payment plans for past-due balances, even as low as $50. We offer bi-weekly and monthly payment options, ranging from $10 to $335, depending on the past-due balance you owe. For example, if you owe $2,000 in past due balances, you can pay $120 bi-weekly or $245 monthly, to make the total cost a bit more manageable.
Please keep in mind all co-pays are due when you receive your service. Since we take over 85 kinds of medical insurance, we can offer you the best care possible at the lowest possible rates. PCP for Life believes in making high quality healthcare attainable for everyone, while minimizing the monetary impact. We have a full-service billing department that is educated, professional and here to help you with any questions or concerns regarding your care or our payment plans.
